This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited conduct when using rcamap.com (the "Service"). This policy supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Violation of this AUP may result in:

- Legal action where appropriate
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities

2. Prohibited Content
You must not upload, share, or store content that:

- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Promotes illegal activities
- Violates export control laws
2.2 Harmful Content
- Harasses, threatens, or intimidates others
- Contains hate speech or discrimination
- Promotes violence or self-harm
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Is defamatory or fraudulent
2.3 Unauthorized Content
- Data you do not have the right to share
- Confidential business information belonging to others without authorization
- Trade secrets or proprietary information of third parties
- Personal information of others without consent
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not engage in activities that:
3.1 Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data
- Attempt to bypass security measures or authentication
- Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities
- Use the Service to distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
3.2 Service Disruption
- Disrupt, damage, or impair the Service
- Overload or interfere with Service infrastructure
- Launch denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Use automated systems (bots) to abuse the Service
3.3 Reverse Engineering
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithms
- Create derivative works without authorization
- Remove or obscure proprietary notices
3.4 Misuse of AI Features
- Abuse AI features to generate harmful content
- Attempt to extract or replicate AI models
- Use AI output in ways that violate third-party rights
- Manipulate AI systems to bypass content restrictions
3.5 Fraudulent Activities
- Provide false information during registration
- Engage in payment fraud or chargebacks abuse
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
- Resell or transfer accounts without authorization
4. Data Sharing and Privacy
4.1 Confidential Information
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data uploaded to the Service.
Do not share:
- Trade secrets or confidential business information without authorization
- Personal information of others without consent
- Data subject to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Regulated data (e.g., HIPAA, financial records) unless authorized
4.2 Respect for Privacy
You must not:
- Collect or harvest personal information of other users
- Use the Service to conduct surveillance
- Share others' data without their permission
5. Commercial Use Restrictions
You must not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to compete with rcamap.com
- Frame or mirror any part of the Service
- Use the Service for benchmarking or building a competitive product
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Respect Copyrights
Do not upload content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
6.2 DMCA Compliance
We respond to valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices. To report copyright infringement:

7. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

We reserve the right to:
- Monitor use of the Service for compliance with this AUP

8.2 We Do Not Pre-Screen Content
We do not routinely review user content before it is uploaded. Users are responsible for their own content.
8.3 Content Removal
We may remove content that violates this AUP without prior notice.
8.4 Account Actions
We may:
- Issue warnings
- Temporarily suspend accounts
- Permanently terminate accounts
- Restrict access to specific features
9. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of content or activity that violates this AUP:

10. Legal Cooperation

- Necessary to protect user safety or public safety
- Investigating suspected fraud or abuse
11. No Liability for User Content
We are not responsible for:
- User content uploaded to the Service
- Actions taken by users
- Damages resulting from user violations of this AUP
- Enforcement or non-enforcement of this policy
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
